Event Resources for Local Support Partners (LSPs)
The first round of these LSP classes was offered in April 2017; watch this page for an announcement of the next training dates for LSPs. See the last link in this section for info on user training.
These day-long sessions are the first of two parts that will comprise a certificate-based training for LSPs. The second part of the training will be offered later in Fall 2017 as more Office 365 products are released to the University community.
Kickoff Meetings with Primary Contacts
Kickoff meetings are held with the primary contacts for each upgrade wave approximately 45 days prior to the wave's cutover date. Information in the slideshow (available through the Primary Contacts website) was accurate as of 5/17/17.
Four orientation sessions were held for LSPs on March 29 and 30, 2017. Information in the slideshow and video presentation files below was accurate as of 3/30.
