Most members of the UVA community can obtain Microsoft products at no cost or discounted cost through our Microsoft Enterprise agreements. Software available includes the Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office suite, plus Client Access Licenses (CALs), servers, and many other titles.

Most software is available immediately by download. Select software purchases will be fulfilled within 2 days of providing a valid PO for purchase. • Target for achieving delivery timeframe: 99% for downloadable software; not applicable to physical media.
