ESHARP is a Web-based tool developed by ITS for requesting access to or removal from UVA systems. Systems currently using ESHARP include:
  • HR/Finance (Integrated System)
  • Student Information System (SIS)
  • Document Imaging System (ImageNow)
  • Mass Lists
  • ResearchUVA

Requirements for service
  • NetBadge authentication
  • Registered UVA Email Address (ie, mst3k@virginia.edu)
  • Supervisor and Home Organization code in Integrated System HR/Finance

Fee
Common Good service included in school/major unit direct allocation.

Support Response Targets
2-hour response time from when a complete ticket is submitted to the Help Desk and within support operating hours listed above

Service Availability
Full-time (24 x 7 x 365) • Availability percentage target: 99%Service availability depends upon the availability of the ITS infrastructure and service level agreements. Refresh of data depends upon Enterprise Applications availability.
