You may not download, possess or use this software if you are working in, traveling to, or a foreign national of, any country embargoed by the U.S. government (currently and subject to change: Cuba, Iran, Libya, Sudan, North Korea, or Syria).

You may not share or give this software to anyone else. Giving any of this information to anyone else is generally considered a violation of the site license agreement and copyright protection laws and may make you personally liable under anti-privacy and copyright protection laws. The penalties for such violations include imprisonment and/or fines. Violations may also result in the University losing its software license and being fined as well. Software vendors and software organizations such as BSA | The Software Alliance and Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) maintain active enforcement programs to pursue violators.
